In worship, the people of God: acknowledge God's presence in the world and in their lives, respond to God's act of redemption in Jesus Christ,
offer themselves to God, and are equipped for service in the world by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The act of worship leads to a rhythm of life that moves from worship to ministry, and from ministry back to worship.
